The Keowee Fire Department provided mutual aid assistance to the Keowee-Ebenezer FD Monday afternoon. The initial call was dispatched as a vehicle fire, but quickly upgraded to a bucket truck fire with structure involvement. Upon arrival crews quickly extinguished the blaze kept the fire from doing any further damage to the house.
