A 3 station response to a fire alarm at a mult-family residential complex was the result of a construction work.  The fire alarm at 519 Tall Ship Drive was dispatched at 10:28am and the 1st Engine company arrived in 4 minutes.  Once on scene, the crew was met by on-sight contruction workers who reported they were working in immediate area of the smoke detector.
